Practical help for a property full of belongings.

Every property is different. Haul and Found reviews the contents first, then builds a plan around value, volume, access, and your timeline.

Estate Sales

For properties with enough saleable contents, we manage an on-site sale from setup through the final sale day.

  • Initial walkthrough and sale assessment
  • Sorting and resale research
  • Pricing and staging
  • Local sale promotion
  • Sale-day operation
  • Post-sale accounting and next-step planning
Typical commission: 40% of gross merchandise sales
A different commission, minimum fee, or project structure may apply based on expected proceeds, labor, setup, access, distance, and timeline. Final terms appear in your signed agreement.

Cleanouts

We clear household contents after reviewing what should sell, donate, recycle, transfer, or dispose.

  • Whole-home cleanouts
  • Garages and basements
  • Sheds and storage areas
  • Post-estate-sale cleanouts
  • Move-out and property-prep cleanouts
  • Broom-clean finish when included in the proposal
Starting at $495
Volume, labor, disposal charges, heavy items, stairs, distance, restricted materials, and unusual access affect the final fixed quote.

Downsizing

Downsizing works best when the decisions come before the moving truck. We help sort the property into clear categories.

  • Keep and move
  • Family transfer
  • Estate sale
  • Direct buyout
  • Donation
  • Recycle or remove
Starting at $65 per worker-hour, three-hour minimum
Packing, moving, storage, specialty handling, and disposal are included only when specifically stated in the written proposal.

Buyouts

When selected contents fit our resale criteria, Haul and Found may make a direct purchase offer.

  • Tools and garage contents
  • Vintage household items
  • Collectibles
  • Records and media
  • Furniture and decor
  • Other saleable household goods
No service fee. You receive the purchase offer.
A buyout is optional. Offers depend on condition, demand, expected resale value, transport cost, storage, labor, and resale risk.
Combination service

Estate sale first. Cleanout second.

This option fits a property with meaningful resale inventory plus material that still needs removal after the sale.

  • Review the property before anything leaves.
  • Sell appropriate contents through the estate sale.
  • Separate donation and family-transfer items.
  • Clear the remaining approved contents under a separate cleanout price.
