Website Terms of Use
Effective September 16, 2026
These terms govern use of haulandfound.com. They do not replace a signed proposal, estate-sale agreement, cleanout agreement, downsizing agreement, buyout agreement, or other project contract. A signed project agreement controls the services for a specific property.
Informational website
Website descriptions, examples, starting prices, estimated timelines, availability, and service areas are general information. A website request, phone conversation, walkthrough, or informal estimate does not create a contract unless Haul and Found and the customer enter a written agreement.
Pricing
Published prices are starting points unless expressly identified otherwise. Final pricing depends on the property, volume, labor, access, staffing, resale potential, disposal charges, third-party costs, schedule, distance, and the agreed scope. Taxes are handled where required by law.
No guaranteed proceeds or values
No website statement guarantees an estate-sale total, selling price, sell-through percentage, buyout amount, donation value, or resale value. Market demand and item condition vary.
No appraisal, legal, tax, probate, real-estate, or fiduciary advice
Resale observations and buyout discussions are business estimates for service and purchasing decisions. They are not certified appraisals and should not be used as legal, probate, insurance, charitable-contribution, divorce, lending, or tax valuations. Website content is not legal, tax, accounting, fiduciary, or real-estate brokerage advice.
Customer authority
A person requesting sale, removal, donation, transfer, or buyout services is responsible for having lawful authority over the property and contents involved. A website request does not establish or verify ownership, executor authority, trust authority, landlord rights, court authority, or beneficiary consent.
Contact submissions
Submitting a form authorizes Haul and Found to respond about the request using the contact information supplied. Submission does not create a service agreement. Do not send Social Security numbers, banking credentials, passwords, medical records, or other highly sensitive information through the website.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise indicated, the Haul and Found name, logo, original website copy, graphics, layout, and photographs owned by Haul and Found are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Commercial copying or use requires permission.
Third-party links and tools
Third-party links, maps, hosting services, payment processors, review platforms, social networks, or other tools may be provided for convenience. Their own terms, privacy practices, security, accessibility, and availability apply.
Website availability
Haul and Found works to keep the website accurate and available, but content may change and interruptions may occur. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that applicable law does not permit the parties to waive.
Changes
Website content and these terms may be updated as the business changes. The effective date above identifies the current published version.
Related terms
Review the Privacy Policy, Service Terms, and Estate Sale Shopper Policies. The signed agreement for a customer project remains controlling.
Michigan law
These website terms are governed by applicable Michigan law, without limiting consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
